Features
The VEL is an automatic machine, designed and built exclusively for wrapping glass bottles in the standard 0.75 l format and, if required, in the 1.5 l magnum format with tissue paper.
The VEL has been designed to work continuously and to be installed downstream of the labeller; a conveyor belt connects the labeller to the VEL inlet, a belt that is directly managed by the VEL control panel.
Main features:
• Brushless motors on the main axes with Profinet communication.
• Conveyor belts and tissue paper unwinding station motors driven by inverters.
• Pneumatic devices controlled by a single valve island.
• Siemens S7-1200 PLC.
